if Travelers don’t finish the flight cancellation  within a 24 hour time frame, the airline will charge you an additional fee. In the event that you satisfy the requirements, Sun Country Cancellation Policy will start the refund process. The money will be paid to the traveler’s account within five to six business days. The airline will assist in canceling your flight if a passenger’s direct family member passes away unexpectedly or if your travel partner passes away while you are both on the same route. There are no fees associated with canceling the ticket that day.
